Recovery Walks! is an opportunity to celebrate recovery in motion one step at a time. Proceeds from the walk will benefit the Ameel Rashid Scholarship for Addiction Recovery. The scholarship was established in 2007 to help people who are appropriate for treatment services at the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery but are unable to meet the financial requirement for those services.

Members of the Recovery Honor Guard will offer themselves as “living proof” recovery is real. Come help us remove barriers to recovery and open new doors for those still struggling with addiction.
